About Scott

I focus my practice on business litigation, estate planning, and contract drafting.

Currently, I serve as legal counsel for a variety of small and medium-sized businesses throughout Southern California. Over the years, I've handled a wide range of legal matters, from estate planning and contracts to employment law, immigration, collections, family law, bankruptcy, and real estate. I've also handled all aspects of litigation, including mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Before going into private practice, I negotiated and drafted commercial leases for Westfield Shopping Centers – they're one of the biggest shopping center owners out there.

I'm a Southern California native, born and raised. I went to Bishop Amat High School, where I played baseball, basketball, and volleyball. Then, I headed to UC San Diego for my undergrad degree, majoring in Communications and minoring in Economics. While I was there, I was active in Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity. I got my law degree from Pepperdine Law School, where I was involved with the Asian Pacific American Law School Association.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two Boston Terriers. I'm an avid golfer and also enjoy live music.
